Services and Refunds

  1. Digital Courses and Video Materials
    Since our courses and video materials are digital products, refunds for already purchased courses are not possible once access to the materials has been provided. We recommend carefully reviewing the course description before purchasing to ensure it meets your expectations.
  2. Individual Consultations and Training Sessions
    For individual consultations and online training sessions, a refund is possible only if the service has not been provided within the agreed time frame. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, we recommend notifying us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
  3. Challenges and Personalized Programs
    If you have purchased a personalized program or dance challenge, a refund is possible only if the program has not yet been activated or in the case of technical issues with access to the materials. Refunds are not provided once the service has been used.

Special Conditions

  • All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • In the event that the services provided do not meet expectations or if there are technical issues on our side, we will offer a replacement or refund the cost.
